4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
All orders are shipped worldwide free of charge. As every pair is made to order, please allow approximately 1 week for processing before dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination. Lucente Ferro is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Worn or customized items are not eligible for return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
