At Lucente Ferro, every pair of shoes is handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship for every customer.
Processing Time
Because each pair is made to order, please allow approximately 1 week for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. We do not hold pre-made stock — your shoes are made specifically for you.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 1 week domestically. For international orders, please allow 14–30 business days for delivery, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at return@lucenteferro.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Lucente Ferro.
