1. Formation of Contract
A binding contract of sale is formed when you place an order and receive an order confirmation email from Lucente Ferro. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All Lucente Ferro footwear is handcrafted to order. Each pair is made specifically for you upon receipt of your order. As such, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in USD. Lucente Ferro reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Taxes & Customs Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lucente Ferro has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Order Cancellation
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at return@lucenteferro.com with your order number. After 24 hours, production will have commenced and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
7. Delivery
Orders are processed within approximately 1 week and delivered within 1 week domestically, or 14–30 business days internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays.
8. Risk & Title
Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery. Lucente Ferro is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery has been confirmed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
